For the mule build. 2 oz vodka, 3/4 ginger syrup, 3/4 lime juice, 1 big or 2 standard bar spoons of simple syrup depending on your simple syrup recipe. Throw about 2 oz of soda water in the bottom of your glass before pouring from the cocktail strainer. Boom done, add ango on top if you want compliments.
Start by filling a copper mug or a highball glass with ice cubes to chill it. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Shake well to mix. Strain the shaken mixture into your prepared glass filled with ice. Top the glass with ginger beer and gently stir to combine all the ingredients.
Instructions. In a moscow mule mug or collins glass, add ice. Pour in the vodka, lime juice, and apple cider. Top with ginger beer. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick.

In a mixing glass muddle together the mint, lime juice, and simple syrup. (If you are only making one cocktail, you can muddle right in your copper mug.) Add that to copper mugs filled to the brim with ice. Pour in your favorite gin. Top with ginger beer and give it a very light stir.
